A letter to the Friends and Fans of 6dot:

We started 6dot to change how people with disabilities interact with their world. We delivered the beta version of the 6dot Braille Labeler earlier this year as our first step towards that vision. Today we are excited to announce the next big step: 6dot is joining ProxTalker.com, LLC.

The ProxTalker team shares our excitement for developing products that enable people to live more independently, our passion for solving hard problems, and our desire to create massive waves in the future of the assistive technology industry. Together, we plan to be the industry's biggest troublemakers by challenging norms to create the future. We hope to inspire other social entrepreneurs to do the same.

Most importantly, the 6dot brand will continue to serve and support you. The 6dot Braille Labeler that many are still eagerly anticipating is moving towards completion, and we look forward to making future announcements regarding its launch.

We've appreciated so much the support each and every one of you has given us on our journey, from our supporters in Boston, Silicon Valley, and our hometowns, to our fans around the world on Kickstarter, and all our eager early customers, many who we've come to know as friends.
